OnePlus 2 Android update: Oxygen OS 2.1.0 Is Here
The OnePlus 2 Android update to Oxygen OS 2.1.0 has started rolling out over-the-air (OTA). Though it's going to take a while to arrive to all devices, you can flash the update yourself right now via the link at the bottom. Read on for details of the latest OnePlus 2 Android update.

Forget 2.0.2, Oxygen OS 2.1.0 is rolling out now. The Oxygen 2.1.0 update was announced via the OnePlus forums, with the following improvements:
    OnePlus-2-Android-update:-Oxygen-OS 2.1.0-Is-Here
    • Manual camera mode
    • Raw support for 3rd party camera apps
    • Color balance slider in Display settings for adjusting the color tone of the screen. (A feature recently seen on the Huawei Mate S)
    • Added Exchange support
    • Fixes for problems with popular 3rd party apps
    • Telephony service improvements so you no longer "lag" when you turn airplane mode on or off
    • Other bug fixes and improvements
While these updates are welcome, it's unclear whether they cover some of the issues we were expecting. Several problems have been reported as a result of installing the previous update, Oxygen OS 2.0.2, including battery drain, fingerprint scanner issues, poor quality images from the front-facing camera, and broken third-party camera apps.
While the latter has been fixed, and manual mode could improve the front-facing camera quality, we'll have to wait to see whether the other problems have been fully addressed. You can download the Oxygen OS 2.1.0 zip file here to flash the update yourself, should you wish to do so.
Have you had any problems with the OnePlus 2? What additions do you want to see in Oxygen OS 2.1? Let us know in the comments.

Are you constantly frustrated that you cannot transfer those great pix taken during an event instantly to your friend without having to connect to the internet. No doubt, iPad has a good battery life, so why not use it to watch those movies you downloaded on your android. Worry no more, as this guide will however teach you how to transfer movies from Android to iPad iOS without the use of iTunes.

    Xender is the solution
Most of the file transfer apps require you to be on the same WiFi network but with Xender you just need the app to be installed on both devices (and it is free on iTunes and PlayStore).

    1. Download and install Xender to your Android, iPad or BB10.
    2. Open Xender on your Android
    3.  Select “Connect Phone”.
    4. From the lower part of the next screen, select the smaller “Connect iPhone” icon.
    5. Go to Settings on your iPad and switch on the WLAN.
    6. The WLAN would list the network available, select the one starting with “ADYYTG….”
    7. Still on the iPad, go back and open the Xender application.
    8. Select “Connect Phone”, both devices should play a short notification sound which means that they are connected.
    9. Select the pictures or movies you wish to send and select “Send” on the sending device and watch the progress on the receiving device.

Please Note: On Tecno devices, Xender is the new version of Flashshare, you can install Xender for updates and uninstall the old Flashshare if you so desire.
